The ticket system is our support feature, which allows players to make support requests. Tickets are private, so only the creator of the ticket and the supporters can see them.
A ticket is usually processed or answered within 12 hours, depending on which problem is described, it may take longer for a final solution to be found. If an answer was created, a corresponding message appears in the notification window.
Yes, we give our community a certain say, so our players can make suggestions, e.g. which mods they would like to have or what should change in eXocore.
If there is a lot of interest from the community, we will take a look at the mod and discuss if it is a useful addition for the servers, respectively the gameplay and balancing. If a mod makes it into the shortlist, it will be tested on our test server to ensure compatibility and accuracy. If a mod meets all necessary criteria, it will be adopted.
Other suggestions and criticisms are also taken into account, e.g. we get feedback more often regarding different settings, if the change has a meaningful positive impact on community life, we adjust it. Larger interventions are coordinated with the community via surveys. So our players have the possibility to design the servers a little bit.
To keep the eXocore root servers running, you have to pay for them. The money for this comes from Katha & Art's private pocket, which is only conditionally possible every month, because besides the root there are also other running costs, like the board and some licenses, without which we could not offer some functions.
